The acquired firm designs, develops, manufactures, and markets high precision application-specific machine vision metrology systems. These vision systems are primarily used by customers in the data storage industry in production to improve their production efficiency and manufacturing yields. Manufacture machine-vision measurement products for on and off-line inspection and QC systems for shop, production floor and research. Specialize in products and applications for optics, data storage, semiconductor and medical markets. Custom and standard measurement products for precision, high accuracy, gauging and alignment; and computerized autocollimators, microscopes or LSM-based products.
