With over 80% of the firm's client-facing employees being military veterans, the firm overall is experienced working with Defense Agencies but also brings direct industry experience to the table. With the firm specializing in financial management, acquisition management, logistics & supply chain management, and etc., September 2021 it was announced that VC backed Artlin Consutling had merged with Sehlke Consulting to form Aeyon. Though it is not made clear, it is likely that the new entity will meet the size standard requirements still to be SBIR eligible.
