In February 2004, InfoLogix, a provider of mobile wireless computing hardware and consulting solutions acquired certain assets of ViA. ViA's primary effort is to development of the concept of the Wearable PC. More than just another new technology, the ViA II PC is a tool that improves life and increases productivity. Because the ViA II PC is comfortably worn like a belt or vest, it provides the freedom to use a computer wherever and whenever it is needed.
