With the original founder of the firm being part of the small group working on passage of the SBIR enabling legislation, Foresight personnel were subsequently funded by several federal agencies to provide SBIR support services. The firm also earned SBIR contacts in their own right from several participating agencies. That original management team is now moved on and, under new management, Foresight is re-located and has grown into a global company with offices in Boston, San Francisco and Oxford, England. Still SBIR Program active as an Awardee, the primary focus of the firm is to do deals - to bring innovators together with a global network of potential licensees, sponsored research funders, and collaborators.
