With strong ties to - and anchored in their work OF more than two decades initiated in the Gallium Nitride electronics space at Massachusetts Institute of TechnologY - the principals of Cambridge Electronics Inc judged that the opportunities provided by GaN had gone well beyond what conventional semiconductor companies were doing. Judging that a dynamic and fast moving company would come to redefine the electronics industry, since founding CEI has grown rapidly. Strong partnerships have been established with all the companies in the firm's supply chain, and the firm has developed and commercialized their GaN technology capable of delivering the full potential of GaN devices and electronics, without compromising compatibility with Silicon circuits.
