This solution proposed under the scope of this Phase I SBIR is a long-duration, low C-SWaP, stratospheric ISR remote sensing balloon with a novel ability to station-keep for several days or weeks above target AOIs in contested operational environments. Such a system does not exist today, and would provide unique value across several DAF and DoD agencies and applications. While station-keeping with a stratospheric balloon in much heaver weight classes (i.e. >50bls of payload mass) has been demonstrated for DoD applications, a much smaller stratospheric station-keeping balloon system with significant mass constraints (i.e.
