Nanomatronix LLC is a start-up that is developing unique, highly selective carbon nanotube (CNT) synthesis processes, novel CNT manipulation processes, microelectronic device integration and packaging processes, and composite integration and fabrication processes. Nanomatronix also offers specialized professional consulting services in the areas of prototype design, fabrication, and reliability testing. Microelectronics anti-tamper, reverse engineering prevention, and counterfeit prevention are other areas in which Nanomatronix performs R&D.
