Energy to Power (E2P) Solutions develops medical, military, aerospace and commercial applications of superconductor materials and cryogenic systems. The company was founded by Dr. Christopher M. Rey, a former product manager of HTS magnet technology at DuPont, in 1999. E2P provides design and analysis, fabrication, assembly, cryogenic and electrical, and installation and qualification testing relating to magnetic, electrical and mechanical systems. The company has developed a patented quick cable disconnect terminal for cryogenic and electircal connections, and also produces cryogenic voltage breaks, high force vaccuum feedthroughs, HTS current leads, integrated optical magnetometers, and magnets. E2P has a history of collaborations with NASA and the U.S. Navy and Air Force.
