AbTech Industries develops clean water solutions to meet community and industrial needs. The company develop Best Management Practice (BMP) equipment for non point source pollution and storm water control, filters for storm drains and catch basins, and devices that capture oil from still or flowing water.In February 2011, AbTech Industries was acquired by Abtech Holdings through a revers merger. The valuation of AbTech Industries was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
