VM Discovery, Inc., announced that the Company has spun out the second of its novel assets, a novel ion channel blocker program to another newly formed drug development focused legal entity, VM Therapeutics. The latter just closed $8M private venture funding from a group of US-based venture investors. The transaction was closed with legal advice from Cooley LLP
