Torch announced today that it has won the competitive MiDAESS contract offered by the Missile Defense Agency for engineering advisory and assistance services.
The MDA Engineering and Support Services (MiDAESS) Program Office manages this procurement. The office centrally manages the acquisition of advisory and assistance services for the agency. MiDAESS, a cornerstone contract vehicle, enables the MDA to efficiently acquire cost-effective services in a timely manner. The contract has an ordering ceiling of $861,100,00.
Under the terms of the contract, Torch will complete four task orders in five years. Work locations include Huntsville; the National Capital Region; Ft. Velvoir, Va.; Colorado Springs, Colo.; Ft. Greely, Alaska; Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif.; Albuquerque, N.M.; and Los Angeles, Calif. The performance period extends until March 2016. Obligations will be made by task orders using research, development, test and evaluation funds.
