SAN DIEGO, CA - October 1, 2012 - Space Micro and C
omtech AeroAstro (CAA) today agreed
on terms for the transfer of assets to Space Micro
from CAA's Space Product Components. The
product line assets include S/X-Band Communication
devices, Star Trackers, Sun Sensors and
Imagers/Cameras. Specific terms were not disclosed.
Space Micro's CEO David J. Strobel, expressing his
appreciation for this contract agreement,
commented, "This transaction is highly complementar
y to our existing product lines. We're very

combination of our affordable high performance radi
ation hardened space electronics and our
existing distribution channels combined with the CA
