A report, 'New insights for development of a safe and protective RSV vaccine,' is newly published data in Human Vaccines. "Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) is the leading cause of pneumonia and bronchiolitis in infants and children <1 year old, resulting in significant morbidity and mortality worldwide. There is currently no RSV vaccine," researchers in the United States report.
