SCC employees will be integrated into MacB's Advanced Technology group
MacAulay-Brown has acquired the Secure Computing & Communications division of Luna Innovations Incorporated, in a move that will bolster the company's technical capabilities.
The division's employees will be immediately integrated into MacB's Advanced Technology Group, the company said in a release.
Secure Computing & Communications has conducted research and development of electronic components and methods, as well as provided technical services with a focus on mission-critical U.S. military and national security applications, MacB said.
"The acquisition will deliver immediate benefits to our customers, as well as increase our capabilities and footprint in critical sectors of the Intelligence Community, DoD and Homeland Security," said MacB president and CEO, Sid Fuchs.
