May 10, 2009 -- ElanTech, Inc. today announced that it has restructured its operations into two separate companies, ElanTech, Inc. and ElanTech Systems Inc. (ESI).

ElanTech, Inc. will continue to provide customized software solutions as a prime development contractor to the U.S. Government.

ESI will take on all of the company's Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) activities, assisting U.S. Government clients in the technical aspects of technology studies, prototypes and acquisitions.

"To our clients and employees, this change will be entirely seamless and transparent," says Swati Allen, president of ElanTech. "The restructuring is simply intended to segregate our software development business from our acquisition support services in order to eliminate any real or perceived conflicts of interest. Prior to the restructuring, we had one division of our business creating technology for one customer set, and one division recommending technology solutions to another. Splitting the company will give our clients absolute confidence in our objectivity."
