In March of 2005, Windermere was acquired by fellow SBIR firm, Essex Corporation, which is now part of Northrop Grumman Corporation. Windermere is a One-stop provider of IT solutions, both products and services. Based out of Annapolis, MD, the Windermere Group was founded to focus industry resources on technology issues of importance. Windermere is currently delivering innovative solutions to all members of the U.S. Intelligence Community. The firm also support over 100 commercial customers with two-way technology transfers. The firm has capabilities in: Information Assurance, E-crime Services, Information Technology Group, QRC Design, Development and Manufacturing, and System Engineering.
