The personnel of Vector ElectroMagnetics, LLC (Vector) organize expertise in the design, development and manufacture of High Power Microwave Antenna Systems, Advanced Apertures and Radomes and Multi-Functional Advanced Composite Materials and Structures. In 2010, Principals of the firm had opted to leave the large business atmosphere to re-establish a technology development focused small business, ultimately leading to the establishment of Vector. However, the smaller entity maintains strong working relationships with various government prime contractors, such as Raytheon Technologies and Northrop Grumman, as technology development and transition partners. Vector personnel have supported (as chief engineers, scientists and managers) a multitude of Advanced Development Programs over the past 30+ years, many of which transitioned to Full Scale Development (FSD) and ultimately Full Rate Production (FRP). These programs have spanned many DOD services (Air Force, Navy, Army and SOCOM) and many different types of platforms (aircraft, missiles, ships, boats, ground vehicles, etc.). The goal of Vectors management is to seek out challenging problems and deliver innovative solutions of the highest quality to our customers on time and at an affordable price.
