Tusaar Corporation is expediting development in the US of a critical materials supply chain by becoming the first company to scale the domestic production of mixed rare earth oxides (REO) to support further processing and refinement: critical metals that are understood to play key roles (1) in the national security of the United States, (2) in advanced clean energy products, and (3) in the country's environmental and economic future. REOs are required for many of todays advanced technologies such as electric vehicles, wind generators, and defense equipment. By-passing new mines, Tusaar;s developed process enables the extraction of critical materials from non-traditional sources like existing mines and industrial wastes.
