Tunrner Engineering was established by Timothy Turner, an authority on Semiconductor Reliability Testing. He has published over 60 technical articles in this area and has lectured on these topics through the extension centers of UCLA and UC Berkeley. He is best known for his lectures on Statistical Reliability Control techniques, innovative reliability test structure designs and pioneering work with Metal Stress Migration. Mr. Turner has been associated with Mostek Corporation, ST Microelectronics and Keithley Instruments. He also ran Turner Engineering Technology, a company that provided semiconductor reliability testing services and Wafer Level Reliability Test Structure Designs. He is now the CTO of Chiron Holdings Pte., Ltd.
