In December 2004, TMS Sequoia was acquired by a primary competitor, Pegasus Imaging now doing business as Accusoft. TMS Sequoia licensed computer software products and provides services to enable businesses to use document imaging to solve critical business problems. The Company offered imaging technology solutions and services that included document imaging tools and utilities, end user applications for Internet/Intranet image display, consulting and integration services and data capture and conversion services.
