Tetracore is a biotechnology research and development laboratory creating and developing highly innovative diagnostic reagents and assays for infectious diseases and biological warfare (BW) threat agents. The company is structured into two main areas of focus: an Immunochemical Services Branch developing antibody reagents, rapid chromatographic assays (RCAs), and new biosensor linked antibody based technology; and the Molecular Biological Diagnostic Branch that develops primers and probes for Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) diagnostic assays, contract forensic specialty analysis, and the development of specialized recombinant DNA products.
