Teton Composites is an advanced materials simulation company headed by a team experienced in structural analysis of composite materials, development and commercialization of sophisticated material models geared towards structural behavior and progressive failure analysis. Initially used in prototyping, Additive Manufacturing is rapidly bcoming a viable manufacturing process for production, bringing with the critical need to understand whether the part will have the necessary strength and stiffness to perform under end-use conditions. To address this concern, Teton Composites is organized around development of advanced simulation software able to predict the structural performance of a 3d printed part. A particula focus for Teton is analysis of parts containing chopped or continuous fiber. With the focus on ensuring optimal engineering early in the design phase where iteration and change are relatively inexpensive, Tetons software is intended to be a one-stop desktop solution for the product development engineer, allowing for iterative structural design with minimal effort. Moreover, Tetons solution is driven toward an in-CAD offering, making it accessible to the widest array of design professionals.
