Using AI and a custom-designed unmanned aerial vehicle, Terran Robotics Inc is developing methods by which to enable the construction of low-cost houses utilizing clay composite materials. With these structures designed to be significantly cheaper than typical house construction, they are also intended to be energy efficient, sustainable and scalable. The primary building materials are 50-100 pound blocks of cob - assembled and built by an UAV. Designated "Terran walls" - using fewer materials than standard walls and reducing labor costs by replacing the work of contractors typically required for exisitng house-buildings, the construction of Terran walls - built from clay subsoil, aggregate, and straw the most widely available, ecologically sustainable building materials on Earth - produces almost no waste and generate 80% less CO2 than standard walls. In addition to reducing cost and environmental impact, Terran walls are also inherently: Fireproof Soundproof Temperature and humidity-regulat
