A privately held materials company, Terecircuit Corporation personnel develop processes and materials to support microassembly and mass transfer for displays and advanced electronics. The firm is developing next generation materials and processes for some of the most demanding advanced manufacturing challenges, including MicroLED displays, IoT, and HealthTec: smaller, thinner and lighter devices, with faster and less expensive design cycles - and a new way to place microelectronic objects to facilitate mass production. The resulting circuits have virtually all the benefits of a single chip at a high yield and low cost: well suited to heterogeneous integration of virtually any type of component, and to minimizing design cycle time and cost.
