Utilizing the resources and collaborative efforts of the California Institute of Technology, Telaris Inc. designs semiconductor lasers, three-dimensional tomographic imaging cameras, and other opto-electronic devices. It also develops power lasers and systems. Telaris has four pending patent applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. They are for:
A three-dimensional tomographic imaging camera;
A three-dimensional tomographic imaging camera based on compressive sensing;
Electronically phase-locked laser systems; and
High-performance tunable lasers utilizing optical phase-locked loops.
