Technical Resource Group was founded by Dr. Philip H. Hatlen in order to advance his work as a leader in the education of children who are blind or visually impaired. Hatlen passed away in 2016, and the firm is no longer in operation. This firm should not be confused with the Dallas-based Technical Resource Group, which works in IT staff augmentation services and was acquired by Consulting Solutions International (CSI) in April of 2018.
