Sonanutech's Veloxi technology offers new possibilities for the detection of pathogens in foods, infections in human, markers of cancer, and DNA. It combines unique photonic and nanotechnology to yields limits of detection in the attomolar range and offers assay completion in minutes. The company produces phosphor nanoparticles with a gold shell on an up-converting core with up to 10x more brightness than particles without shells.
