For almost 20 years, Bozeman MT based SGM Biotech had manufactured biological indicators and supporting services for the evaluation of sterilization processes throughout the pharmaceutical and medical-device industries. (NASDAQ:MLAB)- itself a small firm by SBIR standards. Founded in 1982, Mesa Labs manufacture instruments and disposable products utilized in connection with industrial applications and healthcare.
