Rotating Composite Technologies, LLC is focused on designing and developing strong and light, composite-bladed propulsion products. RCTâs engineering staff has developed key, in-house technology to accelerate composite blade design, analysis and fabrication/development from initial customer requirements to prototyping and on to limited production, if necessary. This software leads to rapid modeling and evaluation of new blade designs using 2D and 3D ANSYS Finite Element Analysis programs. RCT has further upgraded its 3D aerodynamic capabilities by licensing the ANSYS CFX code, allowing the staff to analyze various applications such as ducted fans and aid in the evaluation of propulsor installed effect
