Structured around enabling expanding ccess by younger children to project-based learning, Rock by Rock is an education start-up that leverages technology. The firm's blended-learning platform takes project-based learning - one of education's most promising but most under utilized practices - and makes it accessible to all educators. To date, the firm's owner indicated havig worked with public, private, charter, faith-based and home educators to design a solution making it easy to allow projects to become a core part of a tecaher's instructional program. A library of relevant, real-world projects is made available by the firm that are designed to give those working with younger children access to what they need to make learning come alive: standards-aligned content, customizable digital experiences paired with hands-on learning, virtual field trips, student portfolios, on-demand training, and teacher community.
