RTI (NYSE: RTI) bought Remmele from private equity firm Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison Inc. which had bought Remmele in April 2007. RTI bought Remmele to expand its offerings in the aerospace and medical device industries. Remmele's senior leadership team will continue to lead the division, Remmele was founded as a small tool and die shop in 1949.
