Spun out of Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College and, in some measure, anchored in work licensed from that institution, Quel Imaging is structured around creating low-cost transferable technologies targed at improving the accuracy of fluorescence surgical guidance and treatments. Coming in somemeasure out of work by one of the principals on developing 3D printed test targets for surgical system calibration, the Founder's plan is anchored in developing a network of collaborative surgical users for their technology, and to work on tools that make surgical procedures safer and more cost effective.
