Phylogenetix Laboratories, Inc was established initially in response to significant diagnostic needs, unmet by existing single purpose test technology. These needs include the identification of infectious agents requiring significant time to culture; identification of unusual or new strains; and cases of high risk patients requiring rapid and certain identification of infection. Phylogenetix Laboratories developed its first product, OmniAmp, from a patented1 platform technology based on information theory and molecular biology.
