Originally working in conjunction with the Brain Research Lab at NYU School of Medicine, PainQx Inc, has developed a patented method for the objective, quantitative measurement of pain. Functioning as a diagnostic/software company, this next generation approach to objectively measure pain is achieved by assessing neural activity from a patientâs brain and processing and decoding the data through proprietary algorithms.
