Management and engineering staff have more than 20 years of experience in performing high-pressure and waterjet related research. Ormond provides specialist in-house manufacturing services or can set up customers to use advanced technologies in their own plants. The Ormond facility houses five precision waterjet workstations, four of which are equipped with large 5-axis robots. The firm provides contract engineering services, supplying customers with custom tooling, software and processes. The firm works in unique technologies such as Hyperbaric Testing, Cavitation Peening, Controlled Depth Abrasivejet Milling, High Speed Ceramic Machining, Selective Coating Removal, Precision 5-axis Machining, Downhole Energy Tooling, Nuclear Cleaning and Decommissioning Tooling.
