Since January 2006, OPTIMUS Corporation is operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of AVIEL Systems, Inc. Both OPTIMUS and PMC will retain their names and internal management structures. OPTIMUS, and its subsidiary PMC, have been providers of goods and services to the US Government. The companies concentrate in providing management consulting, personnel and innovative technology products in the Homeland Defense and Civilian Aviation arenas, including research, development, design, and execution of navaid, defense and communication engeneering systems. The information technology tools and services provided are designed to help the agencies they support be more productive and efficient. The companies provide program, financial, and acquisition management support.
