Noxso, was a small, development stage company, working on whatwas called t the Noxso Process. The process removes sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides from the emissions produced by coal-burning plants. The Company operated as a debtor-in-possession in the bankruptcy proceeding, until the corporate entity was sold to an investor group on May 25, 2000.
