NeuWave Medical had been a medical device company founded by physicians and microwave scientists developing microwave-based minimally invasive medical devices to physicians and medical centers. Focused on meaningful clinical innovation and product differentiation to drive better patient outcomes, the company develops medical devices that deliver energy to human body to treat various medical conditions and provide ablation (removal of tissue). NeuWave offers Certus 140, a soft tissue ablation system that is used for maximizing power deliver to soft tissues, as well as for minimizing invasiveness. The company also offers several surgical tools that work with its FDA-approved mirowave-based ablation system.
