Nervive is developing a new treatment for brain ischemia. The firm's primary product, VitalFlow Stimulator, is non-invasive platform technology that treats conditions of brain ischemia such as cerebral artery vasospasm, ischemic stroke, and traumatic brain injury. A clinical prototypebeing tested in normal subjects and patients with cerebral artery vasospasm, VitalFlow causes dilation of the cerebral arteries by means of pulsed magnetic stimulation of the facial nerves.
