The firm provides services in support of high altitutde balloons, airships, and unmanned aerial vehicle flight operations, focusing on commercial engineering, production, and flight operations. The company's expertise is in custom inflatable balloons and custom tools and software for these balloons. The firm's customers include a variety of government and commercial customers such as; NASA, NOAA, DOD, laboratories, universities and new commercial space companies. In 2012, the company built the first commercial high altitude balloon facility, serving has NSC headquarters and spanning over 31,000 square feet.
