Building on work during the late sixties in the field of scintillating plastic optical fiber, the company is the largest U.S. manufacturer of fluorescent plastic optical fiber for use in aiming devices for archery and other weapons systems.The company holds patents on a special fluorescent fiber which permits the sight to operate in total darkness as well as bright ambient light.
