Nanojehm uses state-of-the-art scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipment and software to perform custom analytical and imaging services. The firm began with a unique idea on how to improve the resolution of scanning electron microscopes through advanced deconvolution and image restoration processes and continues to work to improve the quality, speed and ease of use of those processes. The company was founded out of research conducted at the State University of New York's (SUNY) Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering in Albany, New York. The company's first commercial product, the Aura work station, offers improved SEM image resolution​, improved low voltage SEM performance​, increased productivity on SEMs, and provides proprietary software and a special calibration standar
