Macro International Inc. was acquired by Princeton, New Jersey-based Opinion Research Corporation, a public company on NASDAQ. Macro International Inc. became known as ORC Macro and continued to operate as a separate corporation held as a wholly owned subsidiary. In 2006, Opinion Research Corporation was acquired by infoUSA, a leading provider of business and consumer databases, sales leads, and marketing services. Macro resumed business under its legal name, Macro International Inc., and began operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of infoUSA. In 2007 Social and Health Services, Ltd. merged with Macro International. In amrch 2009 Macro International was acquired by ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a global professional services firm. Macro International Inc., now known as ICF Macro, is operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of ICF International.
