Logisic Devices Inc is a silicon carbide semiconductor company with various products in the pipeline for power conversion including 600-1200V switches and proprietary controllers. Due to its wider band-gap and low minority carrier lifetimes, Silicon Carbide devices are expected to be more radiation tolerant than Silicon power devices. Building upon twork done at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), LogiSiC Devices effort wil be to improve the Single Event Burnout failure rate of Silicon Carbide devices.
