Lite Enterprises image processing algorithms are utilized for defect detection and process control of the photomask used in the semiconductor and flat panel display industry. The algorithms are specifically designed to successfully analyze very low SNR (Signal-to-Noise Ratio) 2-D detector images with high sensitivity.
