The president of Immunotex - Leo Chalupa - is professor of ophthalmology and neurobiology and chair of the section of neurobiology, physiology and behavior. Consistent with the new policies of the University of California in being more proactive in commercializing researche, Professor Chalupa is launching a company called Immunotox. This raises the issue of eligibility.
