Imaging Therapeutics, Inc (Imatx) is an early-stage biotechnology company using digitized radiographs and MRI to obtain noninvasive measurements of macro & micro structural features of bones and joints. Those data are used to assess the need and efficacy inteventions in patients with osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Management's goal is to fill the unmet medical need for inexpensive and non-evasive osteoporosis screening and fracture risk assessment. Longer term, the firm intends to play a role in reversing the worldwide skyrocketing increase in osteoporotic fractures and, indirectly, to expand the development of drugs that reverse the destructive effects of osteoarthritis
