Harry Saul Minnow Farm began as a small commercial fishing operation on the White Rive that three brothers have been able to transistion from commercial fisherman into one of the pioneers of the Arkansas baitfish industry. Starting small with little more than a bait shop and a small minnow route, the farm grew from just a couple ponds to one of the most efficient farms in the industry. Along the way improvements have included better harvest sumps, better aeration, better water use capabilities, or better loading facilities - all steps to ensure product. We strive to do things the right way, even if that way isn't always the cheapest or the quickest. With the focus on providing a high quality product at a fair price, the business has evolved from trapping minnows in the White River to maximizing productivity on each of 1500 acres.
