Involving two seriously heavy hitters the area of investigation, both parties (and the recipient firm) would appear to be flying under the wire with this project. While activiely participant in the federal SBIR program in their own right, the principals also offer extensive for-payment grant writing services in the SBIR arena to other small firms.
