Deginated PMM HOLDINGS, LLC but doing business as Fire Solutions Systems, established in 2013 and SBIR involved the following year, the firm had been focused to developing technology to improve the effectiveness of CAFS (Compressed Air Foam System) machinery with the most efficient systems on the markets being deploying. The traditional focus has been suppression, with the focus being on locating the fire and delivering a solution of premixed chemicals hoping that the chemicals are still operative and will be delivered as foam. Instead, Fire Solutions Systems has begun to focus on fire prevention methods. The Fire Solutions Systems method is to mix the foam concentrate with the underlying basic carrier just before deployment in a process known as Proactive Concentrate Management. This method produces freshly mixed foam to combat the fire in the most effective way. The unit is also very simple to operate with a basic system requiring the manipulation of three valves. Two of these valves engage the delivery system and the other provides control over the physical characteristics of the foam. The foam controller arrow will change the foam from one concentration to another, from ‘wet’ to ‘dry.’ There are no sophisticated pumps, compressors, or lengthy hoses that mask change and make adjustment of the foam a skilled task. A simple move of function dial allows the most inexperienced operator to be effective in putting out the fire. Additionally, the commitment to advancement in technologies allows Fire Solutions Systems to deploy the most sophisticated sensors available while also embracing the communications of the events to the Stakeholders who are dependent on the assets the units protect. The technologically advanced un-manned system, Fire Hunter Sentry Series, is equipped with components to provide reliable and efficient suppression of fire. Seconds after the hazard has been identified, 8000 gallons of foam will extinguish the threat.
